Nominated by their peers and judged by a panel of experts, they represent the very best in UK manufacturing. This is not a list of the biggest budgets, the biggest revenues or the longest careers. The manufacturer The Top 100 seeks to reflect the broad spectrum of talent in the manufacturing industry. It recognizes both those just starting out in their careers and those who have already achieved greatness.
We do this by dividing the top 100 finalists into seven categories: Digital Changer, Innovator, Inspiring Leader, Unknown Hero, Young Pioneer, and two new categories we’ve added this year, Net Zero Hero and Industry Activist. Nominated by their peers and judged by a panel of experts, the 100 people on these pages represent the very best of UK manufacturing.
